If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including creators, brands, and viewers.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose.

You agree NOT to:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, including patent notices
• • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or security
• • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• • Violate any intellectual property rights

The 3P Touch platform and its underlying technology are protected by United States patents and international intellectual property laws. Our patented "Push-Pause" interactive video technology is covered under:

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the platform are the property of 3P Touch or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of our patented technology may result in legal action.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform (videos, images, tags, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Certain features of our platform require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• • You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

You may not use our platform to:

• • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• • Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
• • Spam, harass, or violate the privacy of others
• • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Our platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3P Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
